Chatbot AI Recruiting Companies to Review

Will chatbots replace the average recruiter? I highly doubt it. Many tech companies want to disrupt the recruiting process altogether. I see chatbots as a way to only “slightly” improve the process at best. It may help with passive applicants – getting them to complete an application and helping someone understand the general job description requirements.

But just like when you try calling a company for help and get an automated robot. They may help you answer a few questions. But, at the end of the day – I’m the person typing “0” over and over on my phone in order to speak with a human being. So ultimately, AI chatbots will not replace a human recruiter human relationship altogether. They will only enhance the overall applicant/candidate experience.

The future of recruiting will involve artificial intelligence (AI). Currently, we’re seeing a trend in companies using chatbots in the recruiting process. I’ve been doing some research in this area for some time and have come across a dozen or so chatbot recruiting companies. I’ve shortened the list to 6 chatbots AI recruiting companies.

Applyr: Our recruiter chatbots ‘sit’ on a company’s careers page and engage with, pre-select and schedule interviews with candidates. Applyr interacts with your selected candidates and takes care of booking their interviews at times that work for everybody. 1. Curious that you didn’t mention Olivia, the AI Recruiting Assistant from Paradox.ai which has had a lot of buzz recently. Was that among the vendors you removed, and if so, why?

    1. Just one that I obviously missed! Thanks, Glenn I’ll have to do more research on Olivia AI. I’m planning on writing a follow up post on AI automation tools and chatbots.
