As the year rapidly draws to a close, I find it fitting to reflect on my accomplishments and setbacks in the eventful year of 2023. Additionally, I’d like to reintroduce myself. My name is Jonathan Kidder, and I wear many hats. I am an author, speaker, trainer, and a dedicated Recruiter currently employed at Amazon Last Mile Delivery. With over a twelve years of experience in talent acquisition, I’ve traversed various industries, primarily focusing on technology.

Who is Jonathan Kidder? 

Jonathan Kidder, who is often recognized as the “WizardSourcer,” stands as a revered figure in the realm of technical talent sourcing recruitment, staffing expertise, and corporate training. My mission revolves around assisting organizations of all sizes in identifying and securing top-tier talent. I specialize in harnessing the power of social networking, Boolean strings, search aggregators, deep web exploration, scrapers, and other cutting-edge technological approaches and tools.

In 2015, he founded WizardSourcer, a prominent recruiting blog that has since evolved into one of the most esteemed online resources for recruiters and sourcers online. 

Within the WizardSourcer blog, I’ve had the privilege of conducting interviews and connecting with numerous distinguished individuals in the recruiting field. I consider myself extremely fortunate to have had the opportunity to meet and engage with so many remarkable people

Among his personal achievements, he delivered a presentation at SourceCon Fall in Minneapolis, drawing an impressive audience of over 600 attendees, both in-person and virtually. This event represented the largest stage that Jonathan had the privilege to present on in his career. Furthermore, he independently authored five books on recruiting, with one of them, “AI Talent Sourcing,” securing a spot among the top 10 bestsellers.
