It’s no surprise that someone who create an external talent sourcing search/outreach tool using ChatGpt. JuiceBox, a startup, has developed a ChatGPT tool that assists with the sourcing and identification of LinkedIn profiles. The tool is capable of streamlining and refining searches for specific profiles online. This may be a bigger distributor to external sourcing that we’ve seen come along thus far.

With PeopleGPT, there’s no need to endlessly scroll through LinkedIn. Simply provide your search criteria, such as “PMs with experience in leading a team to build a React Native app,” and PeopleGPT will take care of the rest. Developed by Juicebox (YC S22), a YCombinator-backed company, PeopleGPT streamlines the process of finding the right professionals for your needs.

PeopleGPT Dashboard:

First, ask the tool to create a specific search for candidates.

Example of a search query:

Senior engineers in California with 4+ years experience in autonomous vehicles
Response: Great! I’ve built an initial query, a starting point for your search. You can edit it, or run this query.
Success! I found for your search: Rexon Shrestha, Swaraj Chhatre, and 248 others. I can help you evaluate, filter, and contact profiles in this database. Let’s get started? 🧃

Profiles found in search:

Email Outreach Campaign:

Use the tool to generate recruiter templates.

In the coming years, PeopleGPT is poised to be just one of many game-changing tools transforming the way we source talent externally. The impact of ChatGPT on the talent sourcing industry is nothing short of remarkable.

  1. Hi Jonathan! Great presentation at SourceCon! Wanted to know your thoughts on PeopleGPT. My team did a couple of test runs and it feels like the data source is predominantly LinkedIn. Is that accurate? Have you seen any PeopleGPT tools that search the entire web, specific company websites, etc? The dream would be a scraper/gpt combo.
