Lead Collection Tools
This tool gives you contact information and shows you who visited your site to make it easier to follow up. Definitely a great way to follow up with feature sales leads.
1. Leadfeeder
This is a lead data collection tool that provides you with details on who has been visiting your site. This allows you to follow up with potential candidates who have been checking out your job postings. All you need is Google Analytics. You can sign up for a 14 day free trial, after that plans start at $59/month.
Email Identification Tools
These tools allow you to verify email addresses easily and in bulk to ensure deliver-ability and to protect your email reputation. They are compatible with most email address marketing products and can be imported back to email services like MailChimp etc.
2. Hunter
This is a Chrome extension that you can download for free to find email addresses. Free for up to 100 requests, around $30/month for the paid version..
3. Skrapp
This service is specific to LinkedIn and is free up to 150 contact finds per month. It helps you identify and save contact information for leads you have identified in the recruiting platform, saving you a ton of time. If you need more than 150 per month, $49/month will get you upgraded to 1,000 emails a month.

These tools will assist you with email scheduling, tracking, and follow-ups to keep track of your outreach efforts.
4. Boomerang
The premise of this Gmail extension is that, like a boomerang returns to you, this service will deliver emails back to you if you don’t receive a response. There is a free version available that will allow you 10 messages per month or plans start at $5 per month to add more messages.
5. Yet Another Mail Merge
With this Google Sheets Extension you can easily send bulk emails and then see who opened them. Tailor your follow ups according to whether the recipient opened the mail or not. You will be able to send up to 50 emails a day for free. If you need more than that, you can purchase a plan that includes up to 400 emails a day for $24. They also have a referral program you can take advantage of, which will give you an additional 50 emails per day for every person you refer.

6. Sumo
Use this tool for capturing emails on your site. You can utilize traditional pop-ups or pop-ups that slide in. Know where visitors are clicking most on your site with heat map options. This tool even encourages sharing with a floating social share bar. There is a free version and paid plans start at $29 per month.
7. Convert Plus
This tool is similar to Sumo, with pop-up form options for your website. However, Convert Plus is a WordPress plugin. It is a less expensive option at only $23.

These tools will help you create email marketing campaigns to keep your subscribers educated.
8. MailChimp
This tool is a popular platform that easily and intuitively helps you build emails using a drag-and-drop format. After you have your emails created, you can set up an automation schedule to send them out. Store up to 2,000 email contacts and send out 12,000 emails per month for free. After that, plans start at $10 per month.
9. Active Campaign
Use this tool to send personalized responsive emails, send automated follow-ups, and add direct messages to your site. Free migration is included if you need to transfer from another platform. Plans start at $9 per month.
Landing Page Creation Tools
These tools are helpful for getting your website visitors to sign up for something, such as an E-book, by creating a custom landing page and lead capture forms.
10. Leadpages
This tool is a well-designed drag-and-drop landing page builder. It is intuitive and easy to use. Other cool features it offers is the ability to build Facebook ads and use of a built-in payment functionality for forms. It costs $25 per month and claims to be the “#1 Landing Page Builder”.
11. Instapage
This landing page builder integrates with popular email marketing platforms like MailChimp and Salesforce. It offers an easy drag and drop format and other features like lead capture forms and heat maps.
All-In-One Marketing Automation Tools
Just as it sounds, these tools combine multiple platforms together to remove the hassle of integration. Although easier, they are usually pricier.
12. Hubspot
This tool makes interactions with leads more convenient by storing them on timelines that include meetings, calls, emails, and even notes. You will always know where a relationship left off without searching through an inbox or a spreadsheet. It also offers other features, such as creating landing pages and finding prospects. Free plans are available and paid plans vary widely depending on what features you need to utilize.
13. Infusionsoft
This tool is an all-in-one solution that creates email campaigns and landing pages, as well as, tracks website visitors and manages contacts. There is no free trial and paid plans start at $70 per month.

These tools automatically complete routine tasks for you, saving you precious time.
14. Zapier
This tool is an “If This Then That” platform. For example, if someone posts something specific on a page, then you will automatically get an email notification alerting you. Basically, if one action occurs then another is automatically completed. There is a free version and paid plans start at $20 per month.
Live Chat Tools
These tools add a chat bubble to any pages you set, allowing your website visitors to easily get in touch with you.
15. Intercom
This tool adds live chat to your site, but also offers features that manage conversations and send targeted messages. There are no trial periods or free options. The cost starts at $49 per month.
16. Tawk.to
This live chat tool is offered specifically as a WordPress plugin. The free version will have the Tawk branding on the chat widgets. To remove this branding, you will need to pay $9 per month.
Calendar Scheduling Tools

17. Calendly
This tool is simple and effective. Set the times you are available and others can choose a time that works for them. This eliminates a lot of back and forth. You can even add a link to your email signature. There is a free version and a paid version that starts at $8 per month.
18. Doodle
This tool does simple scheduling, but also makes scheduling meetings with multiple people easier. Meeting attendees can vote on the best times for the meeting and then the organizer can choose the best option for everyone. There is a free version and paid plans start at $18 per month.
