SalesQL is an extension tool that helps find contact information from LinkedIn users. It helps find phone numbers and email addresses for your 1st, 2nd and 3rd+ LinkedIn connections. Easily download your LinkedIn connections and extract their contact details in bulk, direct from LinkedIn search pages – great for building prospect databases and networking lists.
This tool comes highly recommended by Recruiters within our community Including Vanessa Raath. So, I wanted to do a write a full review of these contacting finding extension.
First, when using this tool it will be good to understand LinkedIn’s search limits:
- LinkedIn Free and Premium: 400 contacts every 24 hours.
- LinkedIn Recruiter Lite, RPS, and Recruiter: 1000 contacts every 24 hours.
- LinkedIn Sales Navigator: 1000 contacts every 24 hours.
I wrote a post about understanding LinkedIn search limitations (here).
Below is a screen shot of SalesQL Dashboard:
1. Finding Contact Information:
SalesQL enriches LinkedIn profiles with contact information (emails and phone numbers). This tool identifies where the person is currently working and we use multiple public sources of information and data.
After having your SalesQL account validated, you can visit any LinkedIn profile, and if you click on the extension icon, you can add this person to your SalesQL contacts and search for emails and phone numbers, by clicking on the plus (+) button.
After adding the contact, you should be able to see any email or phone numbers we were able to find, no matters if it’s a 1st, 2nd or 3rd connection.
Tested Metrics From SalesQL:
SalesQL claims to retrieve personal and business emails in 70%-80% of profiles depending on the target market including industry, geographic region, etc. The tool retrieves on average 50%-60% of office numbers and 10-20% on mobile cell numbers.
I would say this tool gives a 60-65% (email) accuracy rate when I was conducting searches for Devs in Minneapolis.
2. Extract multiple pages of LinkedIn search results:
Conduct a search within LinkedIn and use SalesQL to massive extract user profile information and use the tool to enrich with contact details. Enrich profiles with email address and then reach out to them directly.
3. Download all your LinkedIn connections:
LinkedIn recently blocked this feature for users to download all their connections with contact details. Thankfully, you can use this tool to download all your connections and enrich contact details. Huge bonus – this tool will enrich with all the contact info.
4. Pricing Structure:
Honestly it’s quite competitively priced compared to other competing extensions. I would recommend using this tool if you are new to the contact finding tools world.
- Starter $39 (1,500 Credits / Month)
- Advanced $59 (4,000 Credits / Month)
- Pro $89 (10,000 Credits / Month)
You can download the extension tool (here).
